2023年,生活公司聚焦深化改革,積極引進(jin)(jin)(jin)先進(jin)(jin)(jin)技術和管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)理(li)(li)(li)念(nian),不斷提升(sheng)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)品質與管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)效能,逐步實現后勤服(fu)(fu)務(wu)從基(ji)礎(chu)化服(fu)(fu)務(wu)向專業(ye)化、精細化、品牌化的轉(zhuan)型(xing)升(sheng)級。一是(shi)注重服(fu)(fu)務(wu)質量提升(sheng),關心(xin)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)需求,不斷優化餐廳(ting)菜(cai)品種類,推(tui)出營養餐配(pei)送等貼心(xin)服(fu)(fu)務(wu);引入智慧餐廳(ting)系統,實現自助式(shi)刷臉取(qu)餐;投放(fang)無人(ren)(ren)售貨機(ji),滿足職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)多樣化需求。二是(shi)聘請安全(quan)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)專業(ye)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)修訂完善《安全(quan)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)制(zhi)度(du)》《崗位操作規程》等配(pei)套安全(quan)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)制(zhi)度(du)體系,有(you)力推(tui)動了(le)公司各(ge)項工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作長效發展(zhan)。三是(shi)采取(qu)“設(she)備+人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)”模(mo)式(shi),引入洗地機(ji)、洗掃車等先進(jin)(jin)(jin)設(she)備,據綜(zong)合測算,各(ge)中心(xin)可減少環衛(wei)、保潔用(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)63人(ren)(ren),每年可降(jiang)低(di)用(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)開支約240萬元。四是(shi)全(quan)力打造學(xue)習型(xing)、知識(shi)型(xing)、創新(xin)型(xing)、技能型(xing)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)隊伍,開展(zhan)安全(quan)知識(shi)培訓,覆蓋各(ge)級安全(quan)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)及全(quan)體從業(ye)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan);拓展(zhan)業(ye)務(wu)知識(shi)學(xue)習,各(ge)科(ke)室輪流(liu)選派干(gan)部職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行交流(liu)輔導;組織中層管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)干(gan)部和后廚(chu)骨(gu)干(gan)實地學(xue)習大型(xing)國企先進(jin)(jin)(jin)的后勤服(fu)(fu)務(wu)理(li)(li)(li)念(nian)和工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作模(mo)式(shi),廚(chu)房“4D”管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)模(mo)式(shi)在各(ge)中心(xin)全(quan)面實施。
